Saturday I went to a Children's Ministry Conference put on by CEF of Snohomish County. It was good to see how it was set up and organized. I also enjoyed sitting in on the workshops and getting ideas on how to teach them effectively.
The drive to and from Lynnwood was beautiful. It was a sunny blue sky day so Lake Washington and all the mountains were breath taking. As I was driving I was listening to the song Why by Nichole Nordman. It is amazing that God, the Creator, sacrificed everything for us, so that we could live for Him and be with Him. We serve an awesome God!
